Caracol offered 4 courses on 4 menus with land, sea, earth options to cater to everyone from the vegetarian/vegan to the carnivorous of diners! As an added bonus, they allow mix and match options across the 4 menus. In all my years of restaurant week dining, this was the first time I've experienced such a varied dining menu!

Crafted by @chef_hugo65 , the coastal cuisine, atmosphere, and desert is outstanding and intelligently designed.

I visited Caracol for the first time last week to celebrate Houston Restaurant Weeks. It was easy to make reservations several days before for our party of 6 and I liked the automatic reminder text system the morning of the meal. Parking is either complimentary valet or the attached parking garage which Caracol will validate for.
